Our workshop is in Sartrouville, 20 minutes from central Paris. We collect rugs throughout France (Paris, Lyon, Marseille, Strasbourg, Bordeaux, Tours, Saint-Malo, Lille, Dunkirk, Nice…) and across the border in Monaco, Switzerland, Belgium and Luxembourg.

Yes. From our workshop in Sartrouville, 20 minutes from central Paris, we serve the whole of France as well as Monaco, Switzerland, Belgium and Luxembourg. Pickup and delivery are free.
Three options: 1) free home pickup by an insured courier, 2) drop-off at our workshop in Sartrouville, 3) shipping it to us yourself. For valuable pieces, we arrange dedicated fine-art transport.
Yes. We would rather have several imperfect photos than one perfect shot: an overall view, the back of the rug, any damaged or stained areas, the fringes. We will come back to you if we need more detail.
Yes. For work over €500 we offer payment in 2 to 4 instalments at no extra cost, by bank transfer or cheque.
